A Glimpse of Nepal - Fall 2007

Come see a movie, our impression, about a magical, diverse, country called Nepal. A country where some of the tallest mountains in the world, including Everest, look over valleys that were home to people for at least 9000 years. A country, whose capital Kathmandu, makes you think of tales from "One Thousand and One Nights" you've heard as a child. A country where very diverse and rich traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism intertwine.

The movie is broken up into 8 parts. You can click on any of them bellow. There are also many photographs (too many?) available here.
